ADDITIONS OR ALTERATIONS. 1. Contractor agrees not to make any additions or alterations to the premises without first consulting County and obtaining County’s written consent. 2. Upon expiration or termination of this Agreement, County may require Contractor, at its expense, to remove any additions or alterations it makes to the premises and request Contractor to restore the premises to the condition it was in at the time of taking possession, normal wear and tear excepted.
