Additives. If pour depressant is required in order for any of Customer’s Product to meet the maximum pour point specification stated in Paragraph A, above, or if hydrogen sulfide scavenger is required in order for any of Customer’s Product to meet the maximum hydrogen sulfide specification stated in Paragraph A, above, then Customer will be responsible for obtaining and blending (or arrange for obtaining and/or blending) any additive into its Product (including, without limitation) pour depressant or hydrogen sulfide scavenger). Terminal Company will allow Customer, at no additional charge, (a) to install and maintain the necessary equipment and related improvements within the Terminal (collectively, the “Additive Equipment”), and (b) on an as-need-basis, to bring its own Representatives into the Terminal, in order to allow Customer to inject any pour depressant or hydrogen sulfide scavenger into its Product as it is discharged from any Vessel or received from any Third-Party Pipeline. Terminal Company shall not permit any third party to use any of the Additive Equipment (or any of the additive material contained therein) without the prior written consent of Customer.
