Common use of Address for Communications Clause in Contracts

Address for Communications. Any communication in connection with this Agreement shall be made in writing to the address shown in the first paragraph of this Agreement, or to such other address as has been most recently designated in writing by one party to the other. Unless otherwise specified herein any notice or communication shall become effective when deposited in the United States mail properly addressed with proper postage for first-class mail prepaid.
