All distributions under Section 4.1 to be made by the Collateral Agent to any Trade Creditor shall be made to it at its address for payments set forth on the signature page hereto or in the applicable Acceptance Instrument, or as otherwise provided in writing by such Trade Creditor to the Collateral Agent.
