ADDRESS FOR RECEIVING NOTICES. 32.1 The Client chooses as the address and contact details set out in the Application as his address for the purposes of the giving of any notice, the serving of any process and for any other purpose arising out of or in connection with the Trade Agreement. The Client shall be responsible to notify Khwezi immediately of any change to its address for the purpose of receiving notices.
32.2 Any notice given in terms of the Trade Agreement shall be in writing and shall –
32.2.1 if delivered by hand, be deemed to have been duly received by the addressee on the date of delivery.
32.2.2 if posted by prepaid registered post, be deemed to have been received by the addressee on the 4th (fourth) day following the date of such posting.
32.2.3 if transmitted by facsimile or electronic mail, be deemed to have been received by the addressee on the expiration of 24 (twenty-four) hours after transmission; or
32.2.4 if sent by courier be deemed to have been received on the date of delivery by the courier service concerned unless the contrary is proved.
32.3 Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained or implied in the Trade Agreement, a written notice or communication actually received by one of the Parties from the other including by way of facsimile transmission or electronic mail shall be adequate written notice or communication to such Party.

The Client shall be responsible to notify Star Markets immediately of any change to its address for the purpose of receiving notices.
