Common use of ADDRESS NOTIFICATION Clause in Contracts

ADDRESS NOTIFICATION. It is the obligation of each employee to keep the Employer advised of their current street/home address and telephone number for the purposes of this contract and the Employer shall rely on the last address and telephone number supplied by an employee. An employee may also provide the Employer with a mailing address in addition to this home/street address. Within thirty (30) days after signing this contract, the Employer shall give to the Union the names of all employees who are members of the bargaining unit and covered by this contract, together with their addresses as they appear on the records of the Employer.
