Addressee for notices. ‌ All notices and communications hereunder shall be made in writing and in English (by letter or email) and shall be sent to the addressee at the address or email address specified against its name in Annex 3 of the Procedures Memorandum (Trading Desk and Administrative Information) and for the attention of the person or department therein specified (or as aforesaid) or, in any case, to such other address or email address and for the attention of such other person or department as the addressee has by prior notice to the sender specified for the purpose.
