Common use of Addresses for Notices Clause in Contracts

Addresses for Notices. All notices and other communications provided for hereunder shall be in writing and mailed, delivered or transmitted by telecopier to either party hereto at the address set forth in Section 10.02 of the Credit Agreement (with any notice to a Pledgor other than the Borrower being delivered to such Pledgor in care of the Borrower). All such notices and other communications shall be deemed to be given or made at the times provided in Section 10.02 of the Credit Agreement.
