Common use of Adequacy of Performance Clause in Contracts

Adequacy of Performance. Any insurance bearing on adequacy of performance shall be maintained after completion of the project for the full guaranty period. Should such insurance be cancelled before the end of the guaranty period and the Contractor fails immediately to procure other insurance as specified, the Owner reserves the right to procure such insurance and to charge the cost thereof to the Contractor.
