Common use of Adequate Disclosure Clause in Contracts

Adequate Disclosure. The California General Partnership and all Existing Partners have been provided with, reviewed, and consented to this Agreement. All Existing Partners have reviewed all of the facts and circumstances of this transaction, and on that basis have executed this Agreement.
