Adequate Supervision. It is agreed between the parties that on every job site which has a permanent team of three or more employees on site at any one time, the Employer will ensure that there is a nominated Leading Hand on site at all times to provide adequate supervision.

Adequate Supervision. Purchaser shall maintain adequate supervision of the Property and its operations on the Property at all times during the Term of this Agreement to ensure that its operations are conducted in a safe manner and that the provisions of this Agreement and all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations and ordinances governing the operations conducted on the Property are enforced.

The Employer shall ensure there are adequate numbers of employees within each workgroup at each workplace location who are trained as permanent Responsible Persons, Worksite Leaders and Crew Leaders. b) The Employer will develop the training which is to be undertaken by employees who will be engaged as Responsible Persons, Worksite Leaders or Crew Leaders. The development of such training will be conducted with a representative group of employees. This training shall be developed and implemented with all existing Responsible Person, Worksite Leader or Crew Leader having completed the training within 6 months of this agreement coming into effect. Any new employees engaged and required to perform the role of Responsible Person, Worksite Leader or Crew Leader after the implementation of this agreement will complete the training within 6 months of engagement. The Employer agrees to evaluate the training with the representative employee group following its development and implementation. c) It is agreed between the parties that every job site of up to two employees (direct employees of the Employer or any 3rd party labour engaged by the Employer) shall have a nominated person who performs the role of a Responsible Person. Any employee appointed to the role of Responsible Person shall have had adequate training in accordance with this clause. d) For any site of 3 and up to 10 employees (direct employees of the Employer or any 3rd party labour engaged by the Employer), shall have a nominated person who performs the role of Worksite Leader. Any employee appointed to the role of Worksite Leader shall have had adequate training in accordance with this clause. An Employee performing the role of Worksite Leader as set out within this clause shall be paid the relevant all-purpose allowance specified in APPENDIX C – ALLOWANCES. e) For any site of 11 or more Employees (direct employees of the Employer or any 3rd party labour engaged by the Employer), shall have a nominated person who performs the role of Crew Leader. Adequate Supervision. The party using the facility of the other agrees to provide adequate supervision at all times. If swimming pools are used, either agency is required to provide the agency in charge of such facility supervisors certified in lifesaving.

Adequate Supervision. The Lessee shall be responsible for the well-being and safety of its employees and members while participating in events sponsored by the Lessee while on the Leased Property and the School grounds generally, and shall, at all times, provide reasonable and customary supervision.

Adequate Supervision. The Hirer must advise Council in writing (see Appendix B) who will be the supervising adult for all lessons. The supervisor must hold, as a minimum, a valid Pool Lifeguard (SISSS00111) and Level II First Aid Certificates (HLTAID003). The supervising adult must always remain within the pool grounds and cannot enter the water (unless to perform a rescue). Council reserves the right to deny a suggested supervisor at any time, should Council exercise this right, the Hirer will be required to find an adequately qualified person to take over this role.
