Common use of Adequate Trunking Clause in Contracts

Adequate Trunking. As a condition of receiving the telecommunication services contemplated hereunder, ▇▇▇▇▇ shall at all times order adequate trunking for ▇▇▇▇▇'s call volume. In the event ▇▇▇▇▇'s call trunking is inadequate to accommodate the call volume it is receiving at any given time, then Seller may, at its sole option, restrict or block calls to the applicable circuits.
