Adherence to Specifications. 2.1.1 CIMAB shall manufacture the Products in accordance with the Specifications applicable thereto in effect at the time of the manufacture of the Products. 2.1.2 CIMAB may change the Specifications to ensure the safety and efficacy of, or to comply with Applicable Laws related to, the Products; however, before making any such change, CIMAB shall give TARCANTA and TARCANTA LTD. one hundred and eighty (180) days advance written notification of such proposed change and the date the change will be made. The Parties shall cooperate in good faith to attempt to resolve any objections or concerns TARCANTA and TARCANTA LTD. may have with all such proposed changes.
