Common use of Adjacent Areas Clause in Contracts

Adjacent Areas. 2.1 In addition to any other terms of this Lease, the Lessee acknowledges and agrees the Lessee is responsible at the Lessee's cost to keep and maintain the landscape elements and features (including all plantings and vegetation) depicted or featured in the Concept Design and Licence Area in good repair and in a clean and tidy state and condition. (**subject to final Development Approval plans).
