Common use of Adjacent Premises Clause in Contracts

Adjacent Premises. Tenant shall pay for any increase in the premiums for the --8-- Initials /s/ MB / ▇▇▇ ------------ property insurance of the Building and for the Common Areas or other buildings in the Industrial Center if said increase is caused by Tenant's acts, omissions, use or occupancy of the Premises.
