Common use of Adjoining Areas Clause in Contracts

Adjoining Areas. The use and reasonable access thereto through the Demised Premises for the purposes of operation, maintenance, decoration and repair of all walls, windows and doors bounding the Demised Premises (including exterior walls of the Building, core corridor walls and doors and any core corridor entrance) except the inside surface thereof, any terraces or roofs adjacent to the Demised Premises and any space in or adjacent to the Demised Premises used for shafts, pipes, conduits, fan rooms, ducts, electric or other utilities, sinks or other facilities are reserved to Landlord.
