Adjourned Meeting; Notice. Any Members' meeting, whether or not a quorum is present, may be adjourned from time to time by the vote of the majority of the Percentage Interests represented at that meeting, either in person or by proxy, but in the absence of a quorum, no other business may be transacted at that meeting, except as provided in Section 9.4.
