Adjusted Base Rate Advances. If such Advance is an Adjusted Base Rate Advance, a rate per annum equal to the Adjusted Base Rate plus the Applicable Margin, payable in arrears on each Interest Payment Date and on the date such Adjusted Base Rate Advance shall be paid in full.
Adjusted Base Rate Advances. If such Advance is an Adjusted Base Rate Advance, a rate per annum equal at all times to the lesser of (i) the Adjusted Base Rate in effect from time to time plus the Applicable Margin for Adjusted Base Rate Advances and (ii) the Maximum Rate, payable in arrears on the last Business Day of each calendar quarter, commencing with the calendar quarter ending June 30, 2017, and on the date such Adjusted Base Rate Advance shall be paid in full, provided that if any payment of principal on any Advance is not made when due, such Advances shall bear interest from the date such payment was due until such Advances are paid in full, payable on demand, at a rate per annum equal at all times to the lesser of (A) the rate required to be paid on such Advance immediately prior to the date on which such amount becomes due plus two percent (2%) and (B) the Maximum Rate.
Adjusted Base Rate Advances. If such Advance is an Adjusted Base Rate Advance, a rate per annum (computed on the actual number of days elapsed, including the first day and excluding the last, based on a 365 day year) equal at all times to the lesser of (i) the Adjusted Base Rate in effect from time to time plus the Applicable Margin and (ii) the Maximum Rate, payable in arrears on the first Business Day of each calendar month and on the date such Adjusted Base Rate Advance shall be paid in full, provided that during the continuance of an Event of Default, Adjusted Base Rate Advances shall bear interest at a rate per annum equal at all times to the lesser of (i) the rate required to be paid on such Advance had such Event of Default not occurred plus two percent (2%) and (ii) the Maximum Rate.

  • Base Rate Advances During such periods as such Advance is a Base Rate Advance, a rate per annum equal at all times to the sum of (x) the Base Rate in effect from time to time plus (y) the Applicable Margin in effect from time to time, payable in arrears quarterly on the last day of each March, June, September and December during such periods and on the date such Base Rate Advance shall be Converted or paid in full.

  • Eurocurrency Rate Advances During such periods as such Advance is a Eurocurrency Rate Advance, a rate per annum equal at all times during each Interest Period for such Advance to the sum of (x) the Eurocurrency Rate for such Interest Period for such Advance plus (y) the Applicable Margin in effect from time to time, payable in arrears on the last day of such Interest Period and, if such Interest Period has a duration of more than three months, on each day that occurs during such Interest Period every three months from the first day of such Interest Period and on the date such Eurocurrency Rate Advance shall be Converted or paid in full.

  • Base Rate Loans During such periods as Revolving Loans shall be comprised in whole or in part of Base Rate Loans, such Base Rate Loans shall bear interest at a per annum rate equal to the Adjusted Base Rate.

  • LIBOR Advances The interest rate applicable to each LIBOR Advance shall be determined in accordance with Section 3.6(a) hereunder. Subject to Sections 3.6 and 3.7, such rate shall apply during the entire Interest Period applicable to such LIBOR Advance, and interest calculated thereon shall be payable on the Interest Payment Date applicable to such LIBOR Advance.
