ADJUSTMENT/APPROPRIATION OF PAYMENTS. The Allottee authorizes the Promoter to adjust/appropriate all payments made by him/her under any head(s) of dues against lawful outstanding, if any, in his/her name as the Promoter may in its sole discretion deem fit and the Allottee undertakes not to object/demand/direct the Promoter to adjust his payments in any manner.

ADJUSTMENT/APPROPRIATION OF PAYMENTS. ADJUSTMENT/APPROPRIATION OF PAYMENTS. The Allottee authorizes the Promoter to adjust/adjust or appropriate all payments made by him/her under any head(s) of dues against lawful outstandingoutstanding of the Allottee against the Plot, if any, in his/her name as the Promoter may in its sole discretion deem fit and the Allottee undertakes not to object/demand/direct the Promoter to adjust his payments in any manner.

ADJUSTMENT/APPROPRIATION OF PAYMENTS. The Allottee / Purchaser authorizes the Promoter to adjust/adjust appropriate all payments made by him/her under any head(s) of dues against lawful outstandingoutstanding of the Allottee / Purchaser against the Unit / Apartment, if any, in his/her name as the Promoter may in its sole discretion deem fit and the Allottee / Purchaser undertakes not to object/demand/direct the Promoter to adjust his his/her payments in any other manner.

The Allottee authorizes the Promoter to adjust/appropriate all payments made by him/her her/it under any head(s) of dues against lawful outstanding, if any, in his/her her/its name as the Promoter may in its sole discretion deem fit and the Allottee undertakes not to object/demand/direct the Promoter to adjust his payments in any manner.

ADJUSTMENT/APPROPRIATION OF PAYMENTS. The Allottee authorizes the Promoter No.2 to adjust/appropriate all payments made by him/her the Allottee under any head(s) of dues against lawful outstandingoutstanding of the Allottee against the Said Unit, if any, in his/her the Allottee’s name as the Promoter may in its sole discretion deem fit and the Allottee undertakes not to object/demand/direct the Promoter No.2 to adjust his payments in any manner.

ADJUSTMENT/APPROPRIATION OF PAYMENTS. The Allottee authorizes the Promoter to adjust/appropriate all payments made by him/her under any head(s) of dues against lawful outstandingoutstanding of the allottee against the LIG/ EWS flat [Apartment/Plot], if any, in his/her name as the Promoter may in its sole discretion deem fit and the Allottee undertakes not to object/demand/direct the Promoter to adjust his payments in any manner.

The Allottee authorizes the Promoter to adjust/appropriate all payments made by him/her under any head(s) of dues against lawful outstandingoutstanding of the allottee against the [Apartment / Plot], if any, in his/her name as the Promoter may in its sole discretion deem fit and the Allottee undertakes not to object/demand/direct the Promoter to adjust his payments in any other manner.

ADJUSTMENT/APPROPRIATION OF PAYMENTS. The Allottee authorizes the Promoter to adjust/appropriate all payments made by him/her under any head(s) of dues against lawful outstandingoutstanding of the allottee against the Duplex [Apartment/ROW-HOUSE], if any, in his/her name as the Promoter may in its sole discretion deem fit and the Allottee undertakes not to object/demand/direct the Promoter to adjust his payments in any manner.

ADJUSTMENT/APPROPRIATION OF PAYMENTS. The Allottee authorizes the Promoter to adjust/appropriate all payments made by him/her under any head(s) of dues against lawful outstandingoutstanding of the allottee against the Office, if any, in his/her name as the Promoter may in its sole discretion deem fit and the Allottee undertakes not to object/demand/direct the Promoter to adjust his payments in any manner.
