ADJUSTMENT CLAUSE. This Policy is issued and the premium computed on the basis of the information submitted to the Insurer as part of the Proposal. The Insurer may require premium adjustment, when Premium Adjustment Terms are shown on the Declarations Page, and coverage revisions in the event: (a) The Named Insured acquires any other entity; or (b) The Named Insured creates or acquires a subsidiary subsequent to the inception date of this Policy. The Named Insured agrees to give notice to the Insurer in writing in ninety (90) days of the happening of either of the foregoing and furnish such information in connection therewith as the Insurer may require.
