Common use of Adjustment for Distributions Clause in Contracts

Adjustment for Distributions. If the Closing Date is after the record date for the distribution to the Partnership’s holders of Common Units with respect to the quarter ending June 30, 2014, the Purchase Price shall be reduced by an amount equal to such per unit distribution and the number of Common Units to be issued to each Purchaser shall be adjusted accordingly and Schedule 2.01 shall be updated.
