Adjustment in Exercise Price. Upon each adjustment of the number of Warrant Shares pursuant to this Section 10, the Exercise Price for each Warrant outstanding prior to the making of the adjustment in the number of Warrant Shares shall thereafter be adjusted to the Exercise Price (calculated to the nearest hundredth of one cent) obtained from the following formula: E'= E x N - N' where:
