Common use of Adjustment in Number of Warrant Shares Clause in Contracts

Adjustment in Number of Warrant Shares. Upon each adjustment in the Exercise Price pursuant to any provision of this Section, the number of shares of Series A Common Stock purchasable hereunder shall be adjusted, to the nearest one hundredth of a whole share, to the product obtained by multiplying such number of shares purchasable immediately prior to such adjustment in the Exercise Price by a fraction, the numerator of which shall be the Exercise Price immediately prior to such adjustment and the denominator or which shall be the Exercise Price in effect immediately thereafter.
