Adjustment in the Number of Warrant Shares. The number of Warrant Shares that each Warrant entitles the Holder to purchase shall be proportionately adjusted upward for any increase, or downward for any decrease, in the number of issued and outstanding shares of Common resulting from a stock split, reverse stock split, stock dividend, combination or reclassification effected without receipt of consideration by Aironet, and in no other circumstance.
