Common use of Adjustment of Differences Clause in Contracts

Adjustment of Differences. (a) It is the intention of the parties that this procedure shall provide an expeditious and peaceful method of adjusting grievances in accordance with this Agreement and the parties agree to act in good faith in settlement of grievances in accordance with the provisions of this article. (b) An Employee or Broker who has completed probation may only be disciplined or discharged for just and reasonable cause.
