Common use of Adjustment of Number of Shares Clause in Contracts

Adjustment of Number of Shares. Upon each adjustment in the Warrant Price pursuant to this Section 3, the number of Warrant Shares purchasable hereunder shall be adjusted, to the nearest whole share, to the product obtained by multiplying the number of Warrant Shares purchasable immediately prior to such adjustment by a fraction, (i) the numerator of which shall be the Warrant Price immediately prior to such adjustment, and (ii) the denominator of which shall be the Warrant Price immediately thereafter.

Adjustment of Number of Shares. Upon each adjustment in the Warrant Price pursuant to any provision of this Section 33(a), the number of Warrant Shares purchasable hereunder shares of Common Stock issuable upon exercise hereof shall be adjusted, to the nearest one hundredth of a whole share, to the product obtained by multiplying the number of Warrant Shares purchasable shares issuable upon exercise hereof immediately prior to such adjustment in the Warrant Price by a fraction, (i) the numerator of which shall be the Warrant Price immediately prior to such adjustment, adjustment and (ii) the denominator of which shall be the Warrant Price immediately thereafter.

Adjustment of Number of Shares. Upon each adjustment in the ------------------------------ Warrant Price pursuant to this Section 3Price, the number of Warrant Shares purchasable hereunder shall be adjusted, to the nearest whole share, to the product obtained by multiplying the number of Warrant Shares purchasable immediately prior to such adjustment in the Warrant Price by a fraction, (i) the numerator of which shall be the Warrant Price immediately prior to such adjustment, adjustment and (ii) the denominator of which shall be the Warrant Price immediately thereafter.

Adjustment of Number of Shares. Upon each adjustment in the Warrant Price required pursuant to this Section 34(c) above, the number of Warrant Shares purchasable hereunder shall be adjusted, to the nearest whole share, to the product obtained by multiplying the number of Warrant Shares purchasable immediately prior to such adjustment in the Warrant Price by a fraction, (i) the numerator of which shall be the Warrant Price immediately prior to such adjustment, adjustment and (ii) the denominator of which shall be the Warrant Price immediately thereafter.

Adjustment of Number of Shares. Upon each adjustment in the Warrant Price pursuant to this Section 3paragraph 4(a) or (b), the number of Warrant Shares purchasable hereunder shall be adjusted, to the nearest whole share (with one- half share rounded up to the next whole share), to the product obtained by multiplying the number of Warrant Shares purchasable immediately prior to such adjustment in the Warrant Price by a fraction, (i) the numerator of which shall be the Warrant Price immediately prior to such adjustment, adjustment and (ii) the denominator of which shall be the Warrant Price immediately thereafter.

Adjustment of Number of Shares. Upon each adjustment in of the Warrant Price pursuant to this as provided in Section 3, the holder of this Warrant shall thereafter be entitled to purchase, at the Warrant Price resulting from such adjustment, the number of Warrant Shares purchasable hereunder shall be adjusted, shares (calculated to the nearest whole tenth of a share, to the product ) obtained by multiplying the number of Warrant Shares purchasable Price in effect immediately prior to such adjustment by a fraction, (i) the numerator number of which shall be the Warrant Price shares purchasable pursuant hereto immediately prior to such adjustment, adjustment and (ii) dividing the denominator of which shall be product thereof by the Warrant Price immediately thereafterresulting from such adjustment.

Upon each adjustment in the Warrant Price pursuant to this Section 3Sections 4(a) through (c) above, the number of Warrant Shares purchasable hereunder shall be adjusted, to the nearest whole share, to the product obtained by multiplying the number of Warrant Shares purchasable immediately prior to such adjustment in the Warrant Price by a fraction, (i) the numerator of which shall be the Warrant Price immediately prior to such adjustment, adjustment and (ii) the denominator of which shall be the Warrant Price immediately thereafter.

Upon each adjustment in the Warrant Price Price, other than an adjustment made pursuant to this Section 34(c) above, the number of Warrant Shares purchasable hereunder shall be adjusted, to the nearest whole share, to the product obtained by (1) multiplying the number of Warrant Shares purchasable immediately prior to such adjustment in the Warrant Price, by (2) a fraction, (i) the numerator of which shall be the Warrant Price immediately prior to such adjustment, adjustment and (ii) the denominator of which shall be the Warrant Price immediately thereafter.
