Adjustment of Rate for Optional Engines and Leased Engines (Exhibit M and N). The Parties agree that any Engines added by mutual agreement per the terms of Exhibits M and N will be incorporated into the Agreement by way of amendment and it shall comply with all terms and conditions set forth in Exhibits M and N and applicable terms and conditions of this Agreement.
