Common use of Adjustment of Stock Unit Clause in Contracts

Adjustment of Stock Unit. The number of shares of Common Stock comprising a Stock Unit shall be subject to adjustment from time to time as set forth in this Section 6. The Issuer shall not create any class of Common Stock ("Other Common Stock") which carries any rights to dividends or assets differing in any respect from the rights of the Common Stock on the date hereof without adjusting the number of shares of Common Stock comprising a Stock Unit in accordance with Section 6.02 hereof (if such Other Common Stock is not converted into Common Stock) or Section 6.03 hereof (if such Other Common Stock is converted into Common Stock).
