Common use of Adjustment to Closing Shares Clause in Contracts

Adjustment to Closing Shares. The Plan Investor may effect any stock split, reverse stock split, stock dividend (including any dividend or distribution of securities convertible into Plan Investor Shares) or other like change with respect to Plan Investor Shares occurring on or after the date hereof and prior to Closing, which shall be taken into account in determining the Closing Shares.
