Common use of Adjustments and Notices Clause in Contracts

Adjustments and Notices. The Warrant Price and/or the number of shares of Warrant Stock shall be subject to adjustment from time to time in accordance with this Section 3. The Warrant Price and/or the number of Warrant Shares shall be adjusted to reflect all of the following events that occur on or after June 22, 1999.
