Adjustments and Notices. The Exercise Price and the number of Warrant Shares issuable upon the exercise of a Warrant shall be subject to adjustment as set forth in this Section 7. No adjustments shall be made under this Section 7 as a result of (i) the issuance of the Warrant Shares upon exercise of any Warrant, or (ii) the issuance of Common Stock as a dividend or other distribution or adjustment with respect to Common Stock issued as set forth in clause (i).
