Adjustments for Reclassifications. If the Common Stock issuable --------------------------------- upon exercise of this Warrant shall be changed into, or the right to receive, the same or a different number of shares of any other class(es) or series of stock or other securities or property, whether by reclassification or otherwise (other than an adjustment under Section 4.1 and Section 4.2 or a merger, ------------ ------------ consolidation, or sale of assets provided for under Section 4.4), then and in ----------- each such event, the Holder hereof shall have the right thereafter to receive upon exercise of this Warrant the kind and amount of shares of stock and other securities and property receivable upon such reclassification or other change in respect of a number of shares of Common Stock equal to the number of Warrant Shares otherwise issuable upon such exercise of this Warrant, all subject to successive adjustments thereafter from time to time pursuant to and in accordance with the provisions of this Section 4. ---------
