Common use of Adjustments for Share Splits, Etc Clause in Contracts

Adjustments for Share Splits, Etc. Wherever in this Agreement there is a reference to a specific number of Puyi Ordinary Shares or Fanhua Exchange Shares, then, upon the occurrence of any subdivision, combination or share or extraordinary dividend of or on Puyi Ordinary Shares or Fanhua Exchange Shares with an effective or record date from the date hereof until the Closing, the specific number of such shares so referenced in this Agreement shall be proportionally adjusted to reflect the effect on the outstanding shares of such class or series of shares by such subdivision, combination or dividend.
