Common use of Adjustments of Exercise Price and Number of Securities Clause in Contracts

Adjustments of Exercise Price and Number of Securities. The following adjustments apply to the Exercise Price of the Representative's Warrants with respect to the Units. In the event the Exercise Price per Unit so purchasable is adjusted, then the Exercise Price of the Representative's Warrants relating to the Units purchasable thereunder shall be adjusted in the same proportion.

Adjustments of Exercise Price and Number of Securities. The following adjustments apply to the Exercise Price of the Representative's Warrants with respect to the UnitsShares and the number of Shares purchasable upon exercise of the Representative's Warrants. In the event the Exercise Price per Unit Share and/or the number of Shares so purchasable is adjusted, then the Exercise Price of the Representative's Warrants relating to the Units warrants and the number of warrants purchasable thereunder shall be adjusted in the same proportion.
