Adjustments to Charges. PJR reserves the right to review its charges on an annual basis and to increase its charges by no more than five percent (5%) per year. Such an increase to charges shall apply without notice to the charges applicable to the services for the Organization, and Organization agrees to pay such increased charges. The parties may also agree to additional adjustments to charges in writing signed by the President of PJR and an authorized representative of the Organization.
