Adjustments to Exercise Price and Number of Securities. The Exercise Price and the number of Shares for which the Purchase Warrant may be exercised shall be subject to adjustment from time to time as hereinafter set forth, provided that in any event the adjusted Exercise Price shall not be below the par value of the Shares:
