Common use of Adjustments to Security Measures Clause in Contracts

Adjustments to Security Measures. Supplier shall regularly monitor, evaluate, and adjust, as appropriate, Supplier’s Security Measures in light of any relevant changes in circumstances, such as changes in technology or any applicable industry standards, Applicable Laws, internal and external threats to Supplier’s information technology assets or Protected Data (including any threats identified on the OWASP Top Ten list, as published from time to time), requirements of applicable statements of work, and Supplier’s business and business relationships. Notwithstanding any other term hereof, in no event shall Supplier materially decrease the efficacy or level of protection provided by Supplier’s Security Measures.
