Adjustments to the Guaranteed Completion Date(s) Clause Samples

The "Adjustments to the Guaranteed Completion Date(s)" clause defines the conditions and procedures under which the originally agreed project completion dates may be modified. Typically, this clause outlines scenarios such as delays caused by unforeseen events, changes in project scope, or force majeure, and specifies the process for requesting and approving new completion dates. Its core practical function is to provide a fair and transparent mechanism for managing schedule changes, thereby reducing disputes and ensuring that both parties have clear expectations regarding project timelines.
