Common use of ADMINISTRATION ACCOUNTS Clause in Contracts

ADMINISTRATION ACCOUNTS. 4.1.1 Upon the Debtor paying money to the Agent in respect of the administration accounts of the Client, during the subsistence of this agreement, the Agent shall pay such monies to the Client, net of the Agent’s Administration Fee plus VAT as prescribed in paragraph 4.2 below. 4.1.2 In the event of the Debtor paying money to the Agent in respect of any accounts falling outside the scope of this agreement, the Agent shall pay such monies to the Client as prescribed in paragraph 4.2 below.
