Administration and Management. The Contractor must: (a) Ensure there are sufficient administrative personnel with necessary expertise to manage and operate the CLA and provide oversight of any subcontractors to ensure compliance with State and federal requirements. (b) Meet regularly with EIPAs to assess program’s strengths and needs and ensure there is sufficient capacity to manage and operate the agencies.
