Common use of Administration and Notification Process Clause in Contracts

Administration and Notification Process. First Class, Inc., a third-party class administrator jointly selected by and agreeable to the parties (“Class Administrator”), will administer the settlement and notification of the settlement to the Class Members. The costs and expenses for the administration of the settlement and class notice, including all work necessary to identify current contact information for the Class Members, will be paid by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ separate and apart from the Settlement Fund as defined below. The Class Administrator will be responsible for mailing the approved class action notice and settlement checks to the Class Members.
