The University may consider requests for an exemption to the requirement, in its sole discretion, provided that the request is made by the Resident to the Assistant ▇▇▇▇, Administration and Operations. Exemption requests should be made as soon as practicable for the Resident but no later than 3 days prior to move-in date in order to provide the University with sufficient opportunity to review the request and to discuss with the Resident, if necessary
