Administration and Supervision. A. COUNTY. Management and general supervision for the Agreement will be the responsibility of the County, Department of Natural Resources and Parks.
1. The Department Director or its designee shall be identified in writing at the time of execution of the Agreement. The Department Director and its designee are the only authorized County personnel who may sign amendment(s) and authorize changes to the Total Price, Period of Performance, and Fixed Professional Fee.
2. An employee of the County, hereinafter called the "Project Representative," who shall be designated in writing by the County, shall perform day-to-day management of this Agreement.
a. Unless otherwise indicated in writing by the Department Director or its designee, the Project Representative will issue notices to proceed, approve all requests for payment, authorize termination or modification of tasks, and approve in writing changes to the task budgets outlined in the Cost Summary, Exhibit B attached hereto and incorporated by reference, provided the changes do not impact the Total Price, Period of Performance, and the Fixed Professional Fee.
b. The Project Representative will also be responsible for determining when the Consultant has satisfactorily performed all work and for ensuring that the Consultant complies with all provisions of this Agreement, including non- discrimination and affirmative action requirements.

2. The Project Representative shall be designated in writing. Unless otherwise indicated in writing by the Department Director or its designee, the Project Representative is authorized to:
a. Approve and execute Work Orders;
b. Approve modifications to Work Order Scope, Work Order Schedule, and Work Order Price;
c. Execute Work Order Changes;
d. Approve all requests for payment;
e. Authorize termination or modification of tasks; and
f. Issue notices of completion for each Work Order.
3. The Project Representative may assign a Work Order Project Manager for day-to-day management of individual Work Orders.
a. The Work Order Project Manager may issue written or oral directives that require the Consultant to perform Work consistent with the approved Work Order; provided that this directive does not add scope or increase Work Order Price, except as identified in Section 13.D.2.
b. If the Work Order Project Manager gives the Consultant an oral directive, the Consultant shall document the oral directive and provide the Work Order Project Manager with a copy of the documented oral directive within seven (7) calendar days of the directive.
Administration and Supervision. The Design-Builder must supervise and direct the Work competently and efficiently, applying the skills and expertise as may be necessary to perform the Work in accordance with this Contract. The Design-Builder is solely responsible for the means, methods, techniques, sequences, and procedures of construction. The Design-Builder is responsible for seeing that the finished Work complies accurately with this Contract.

5.1 To certificated persons designated as principal or assistant principal, the following allowances shall be paid:
(a) A principal of a school will be paid the following annual allowance as of September 1, 2007
(b) Notwithstanding 5.1.1, the principal, Outreach/Broadmoor Programming, will be paid an annual allowance based upon the average of the count of students in the school made on September 30 and the count of students in the school made on March 1. Payment of the allowance shall be based upon the principal's allowance based on the September 30 count until such time as the average can be calculated. The adjusting payment shall be made on the first pay cheque subsequent to the March 1 student number count. The count of students will be done by the Principal, Outreach/Broadmoor Programming, presented as a statutory declaration and commissioned by a Commissioner of Oaths.
5.1.2 To an assistant principal, 60 per cent of the principal's allowance.

For the period of July 1, 2022, to June 30, 2023, Contractor may invoice the State $2,912.50 for Supervision expenses per month (and pro-rated for a partial month or position vacancies as noted below in Attachment B, Section 5), for activities outlined in Attachment A, and minus any applicable discounts, contingent upon timely production of reports and work products, not to exceed an annual sum of $34,950.00.

For the period of July 1, 2023, to June 30, 2024, Contractor may invoice the State $2,991.83 for Supervision expenses per month for the months of July 2023 through May 2023 and $2,991.87 for the month of July 2023 (and pro-rated for a partial month or position vacancies as noted below in Attachment B, Section 5), for activities outlined in Attachment A, and minus any applicable discounts, contingent upon timely production of reports and work products, not to exceed an annual sum of $35,902.00.

The work and services under this Agreement may be subject to one or more financial assistance contracts between Sound Transit and the U.S. Department of Transportation, which incorporate the current FTA Master Agreement and Circular 4220.1, as amended. U.S. Department of Transportation's level of financial assistance may be between zero and eighty percent (0-80%). This Agreement is subject to certain federal laws, regulations, and other requirements in effect on the date of execution of this Agreement. Sound Transit and the Consultant agree that such federal laws, regulations, and other requirements supersede any conflicting provisions of this Agreement.
Administration and Supervision. SHERIFF (or designee) shall administer this Agreement and supervise the SRO on behalf of the County of Riverside. The Superintendent of DISTRICT (or designee) shall administer this Agreement on behalf of DISTRICT.
Administration and Supervision. Manager shall be entitled to a one-time administrative setup fee in the amount of $150.00 per property due upon signing and accepting this management agreement. An account servicing fee of $25.00 per month shall be payable at the first of each month effective upon signing and accepting of the management agreement.
