Administration Fee. As a fee for its administration of any Trust Fund, the Administrator shall be entitled to retain, from payments made on the Assets in such Trust Fund and from any income derived from the investment and reinvestment of such payments, the amount, if any, provided for herein or in the related Terms Supplement or GIFC. The Depositor shall pay all expenses incurred by the Administrator in connection with its administration of a Trust Fund and the performance of its duties hereunder.
