Common use of Administration of Conditions Clause in Contracts

Administration of Conditions. To the extent that the Interconnected Transmission Owner exercises any discretion in the application of any of the conditions stated in Sections 3.2.3.2 and 3.2.3.3 of this Appendix 2, it shall apply each such condition in a manner that is reasonable and not unduly discriminatory and it shall not unreasonably withhold, condition, or delay any approval or authorization that the Interconnection Customer may require for the purpose of complying with any of those conditions.
