Common use of Administration of Grant Agreements Clause in Contracts

Administration of Grant Agreements. MEM and REA shall exercise its rights under the Grant Agreements in such manner as to protect the interests of the Recipient and the World Bank and to accomplish the purposes of the Project, and, except as the World Bank shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall not assign, amend, abrogate or waive any Grant Agreement or any substantial provision thereof.
