Common use of Administration of Programs Clause in Contracts

Administration of Programs. Provided that the Member is a member of PCA in good standing, PCA agrees to permit the Member to participate in the Programs chosen by it during the Term, on the terms set out herein, in the applicable Program Plans, and in the Rules, Guidelines and Policies.
