ADMINISTRATION OF THIS OPTION. (a) The determinations and the interpretation and construction of any provision of this Option by the Company shall be final and conclusive. (b) Subject to the express provisions of this Option, the Company shall have the authority, in its sole and absolute discretion, to adopt, amend, and rescind administrative and interpretive rules and regulations relating to this Option and to perform all other acts necessary or advisable for administering this Option, including the delegation of such ministerial acts and responsibilities as the Company deems appropriate.
