Common use of Administration; Reports Clause in Contracts

Administration; Reports. In general, the Custodian shall attend to all nondiscretionary details in connection with maintaining custody of the Mortgage Files on behalf of the Trustee, and to provide the Trustee with notification of any change in status of any Mortgage File. In addition, the Custodian shall assist the other parties hereto, who are preparing routine reports to Certificateholders, at the request of any such party, or to regulatory bodies, to the extent necessitated by the Custodian's custody of the Mortgage Files.
