Common use of Administrative Agent to Allocate Payments Clause in Contracts

Administrative Agent to Allocate Payments. Subject to Section 10.4.3, all payments of principal and interest in respect of the extensions of credit made pursuant to this Agreement and commitment fees and other fees under this Agreement shall, as a matter of convenience, be made by the Borrower to the Administrative Agent in immediately available funds, and the share of each Lender shall be credited to such Lender by the Administrative Agent in immediately available funds in such manner that the principal amount, interest and fees in respect of the Credit Obligations to be paid shall be paid proportionately in accordance with the Lenders' respective Percentage Interests.
